Scholarship Scheme* - How to qualify:

The De Montfort University MSc Programme offers a special partial reduction of the second semester tuition fee – normally to an amount of DKK 10,000 - to self-funded MSc students who:

•    Have special academic or practical experience deemed of significant value to the MSc programmes
•    During the first semester prove their ability to provide valuable academic, professional or social support to fellow students
•    Will act as support for new students on the Master´s programme

Scholarship - How to apply:


There is no form to be filled in. 

Scholarship applicants should submit a personal Scholarship Application by email or letter explaining their field of competence and how they consider themselves capable of contributing to the success of the course for everyone involved.

The email/letter should, preferably, include documentation of similar functions on previous study courses and/or a description of the initiatives (to be) taken during the first semester of the MSc programme. The email/letter is to be sent to:

Scholarship applications will be screened and assessed by the MSc Scholarship Committee in consultation with the Postgraduate Faculty. Applicants will be informed of the outcome within a month of the submission deadline. If a Scholarship fee reduction is granted, it will administratively be deducted from your second semester fee.
