At Niels Brock we offer lectures in intimate class rooms with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and with close contact between professors and students.
Bachelor’s Degree in International Sales and Marketing Management
The programme is divided into 3 semesters including an internship and a final bachelor project. In the first semester the focus is “Due diligence of sales” which means most of the lectures and activities are focused on marketing and sales in enterprises. In the second semester the focus is “Business development in an international perspective”. The third semester of the programme consists of an internship and a bachelor’s project.
1st semester

The Due Diligence of Sales – 1st Semester
- The customer in focus (analysis of the customer’s strategic situation and organisation of sales
- Industry and competitors (benchmarking, ethics, social responsibility, International economic relations)
- Innovation (Product and concept development, analysis of company innovation processes and project management.
- Semester project. The 1st semester ends with a semester project
Methodology and Research Theory – 1st Semester
- You will have a course in science and methodology in connection with your report writing (semester projects and the bachelor’s project)
Business Development in an International Perspective – 2nd Semester
- Development of international sales strategies, lean and mass customisation
- Implementation of the sales plan (e.g. Space management, sales training, different kinds of leadership and management)
- Customer follow up (e.g. effectiveness measurements and customer satisfaction)
Semester project – 2nd Semester
- In the final semester project you will be working with business development in an international perspective
Optional Theme – 2nd Semester
- In your 2nd semester you will be asked to work in depth on a chosen elective theme in study groups of 4 – 8 students
