1. What qualifications do I need to be admitted?

2. What are the English language requirements?
You must have a TOEFL test with a score of 550+ or an IELTS of 6.0 or a total APIEL score of 3+, or equivalent. You can read about the IELTS test on www.edu-danmark.dk
3. Do I have to pay tuition?
If you come from an EU/EUA or Nordic country, you can study this programme free of charge.
Otherwise you must pay a tuition fee of DKK 32,500 per semester (approx. 4360 Euro). The last semester costs DKK 25,000. The fee for the first semester must be paid before you enter the programme. 4. Does Niels Brock have a Hall of Residence?
Niels Brock does not have our own Hall of residence, but the International Office will assist you. Please see information on accommodation
5. How many lessons per week are there?
It varies. The average is around 18 lessons per week. But the student workload (ECTS points) is about 45 hours per week. A lesson is 45 minutes. During the semester you will have several weeks with projects during which there will be no lessons, but you should be prepared to work in groups with your fellow students.
6. Where do the lessons take place?
Lessons take place at Blågårdsgade 23B, located close to Nørreport Station/ Metro Forum.
7. Is it possible for foreigners to get SU (educational grant from the Danish Government)?
It may be possible. The general rule is that you must have had a part-time job of at least 20 hours a week in Denmark for at least 2 years immediately before you apply for SU. You can find more information on the SU home page: www.su.dk We advise you to contact the Student Counsellors when you have been admitted to check whether you are eligible to receive SU.
8. Is it possible to take a semester abroad?

You can also choose to do your 4th semester abroad.
9. How are the possibilities for further education?
You will have access to the 18-month top up for a bachelor's degree in International Sales and Marketing Management at Niels Brock.

You will also have access to the 1-year BA (Hons) Business Administration programme offered in Copenhagen by De Montfort University and Niels Brock. For any other options please consult the Student Counsellors at Niels Brock
10. Is it difficult to study in Denmark?
The formal requirements are not higher than in any other comparable country. The organisation of studies may, however, be different from what you are used to. Students are required to participate in group work, work on projects and participate in active class room discussions.
